The SMP software contains four libraries designed to make the process of making online survey projects easy and simple.

They are:

The Image Library:  A tree style file explorer type of library that enables you to easily upload, store, arrange and use the images you wish to use in your surveys.  To include images from this library into your survey question you create your question and point to the image or select a group of images from across the library and they all appear as answer options.

NOTE: IF YOU DELETE AN IMAGE FROM THE IMAGE LIBRARY THAT IS BEING USED IN A SURVEY THAT SURVEY WILL NO LONGER CONTAIN THE IMAGE.

The Question Library:  This library stores common questions that you may wish to use over again - questions such as commonly used demographics.  It is arranged exactly as you would set up a survey and you can add new surveys that represent survey themes and then add and extract questions from these stored surveys into your production surveys easily.

The Themes Library:  Here your will find a collection of already created public themes that you can use for your surveys.  You can also create your own themes or edit the public themes and save them as private themes for use in your own surveys.

The Lists Library:  Use this library to build large lists of answers that you will use over and over in your surveys such as long brand lists or lists of suburbs etc.

A list can also be constructed that enables you to present sub sets of the list dependent on the answer given in previous questions - such as just the Sydney suburbs if the respondent previously selected Sydney.
