If you want to include a report that the interviewer will be able to see detailing the type of surveys completed then you add a "Report" question type to your survey.

The "Report" question type can construct a report out of any single or multi question type and can include a cross tab.

This is useful as it allows the interviewer to see how many surveys they have done and the type of respondents they have been interviewing.  It is a bit like a quota but is not a hard quota that limits the interviewing.  It was thought best to allow flexibility for the interviewer for when working in a team environment.

An example of what a report can look like is shown below.  Note that you can use more than one "Report" question type.  In the case beloa the researcher has set up a cross tab between Gender and Age so the interviewer can see how many surveys they have completed by demographic, and a multi select question - products eaten in the last month.
