Once you hit the start button the survey will commence with the first question of your survey in the following screen.

 

 

 

To continue to the next question or screen either hit the forward arrow at the top of the screen or preferably, swipe your finger across the screen from right to left.  The next question will then appear.

 

If you need to go back to the previous question then hit the back arrow at the top of the screen or swipe your finger across the screen from left to right.

 

 

At any time you can hit the Quit button at the top of the screen to reveal a pop up that allows you to do one of three things:

 

1.  Suspend the survey such that you can come back to it at a latter time,

2.  Record the survey as a refusal, or,

3.  Terminate the survey all-together.

 

 

 

 

To exit this screen without doing any of these actions simply hit somewhere else in the screen.

 

When you reach the end of the survey you will see the following screen.

 

 

To record the survey as a complete you must hit the "Submit" button.
