To deploy a survey you first take it from the design stage to the deplyed state.  this is achieved by clicking on the following buttons on the main system page.

 

To set the status to Test click on the following:

 

 

 

 

Note that the symbol next to the file name has changed.  To place the survey in deployed mode click on the following hover button on the main system page:

 

 

Note that he image next to the file name will have again changed to the deployed image.

 

 

 

Now your survey is ready to deploy.  There are several options depending on how you wish to achieve this.

 

If you wish to send the URL to your panel provider then click the following dropdown and select "Deploy URL"

 

 

 

 

 

this will result in the following pop up.

 

 

To send the URL to your Panel provider OR to send the URL to your database, copy the 'deploy URL' and mail out.  Note that you could also use our invitation system in which case you will be able to automatically include the URL in the Panel system.

 

To include the survey in an existing website in the form of an iframe copy and paste the 'iFrame code for website insertion' code into your web site html code.  You will need to be able to edit your website to achieve this.

 

To download your survey to a CAPI device type PRESS the 'generate download code' button to generate the 'Download_Code' code.  This can then be used to download the survey to your devices.
